H◦I Management has expertise in managing several products including market rate apartments, low-income housing tax credit apartments (Section 42), as well as multi-family, elderly residential communities and mixed-use properties.
Management of multi-family properties involves extensive oversight. With equity interests in excess of $380,000,000 in multi-family units, House Investments provides exposure that allows H◦I Management to assume a very active role in the ongoing performance of the day-to-day operations and, where applicable, on-going monitoring to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and government agencies. To achieve this level of oversight requires an experienced and knowledgeable on-site staff. Many H◦I Management on-site managers have attended numerous training programs to improve their skills in leasing, management and monitoring. In addition, all on-site personnel have direct access to members of the House Investments staff as well as a very competent staff of outside consultants who specialize in all areas related to property management.
In addition to fee management, H◦I Management is equipped to provide a wide range of services including, receivership duties, ownership restructuring, compliance services, accounting & tax, renovation oversight and property tax appeals.
