Asset Management at House Investments was originally formed more than 30 years ago to manage the numerous properties in our own portfolio. Our current multifamily portfolio consists of 150 entities that account for over 8,500 units of housing. Understanding the important role proficient asset management plays in an investment property, we have since expanded our services to offer third party management of Section 42 multi-family real estate properties. In addition to the multi-family units, House Investments provides customized asset management and advisory services for senior housing, assisted living, healthcare, single family and retail projects.
